Jhana's Biography
My name is Jhana. I am 34 years old, born with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, and Klippel-Fiel Syndrome. I weighed 2 pounds and 3 ounces at birth. I have lived in Hawaii my whole life. I recently graduated from Full Sail University, earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Creative Writing. Before university, I came up with my brand name, “Jhana’s Writing Journey,” but it didn’t really go anywhere. So, in one of the classes, I decided to develop the website for Jhana’s Writing Journey. I’ve also been writing for Unwritten from time to time.
I enjoy writing blogs and sharing my story with the world. I love the way writing makes me feel, and it is an excellent coping tool for my depression. I don’t ever plan on stopping writing blogs, even if it takes a long time sometimes. Every week is a new beginning.
